- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer the first lesson at a discount rate. I would like for the student to try it out and see if it's something they like. I price by the private lesson. Every lesson is 45 minutes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Comfort is step one. It's really scary to try something new. Making the student feel as comfortable as possible. Once that's achieved, sky is the limit with what we can do through dance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have numerous Ballroom and Latin teaching certificates.
