    Linda Thomas was very patient and professional right from the beginning when we were looking for a home to buy. She showed us several properties that were to our liking. The whole process was very smooth and easy for us because of her coordination efforts with the closing company and the bank. Currently she is also the property manager for us, and found us a great tenant. She manages all property matters such as upgrades, rent collection, and minor repair issues for us efficiently.     Colleen, This email is a long overdue thank you. It was 2006 when we first met. You were selling the home of a family I was working for in the Westhase area of Tampa, Florida. The home was beautiful and in a price range I could only dream of. I was newly married and had a small townhome which my husband and I were looking to rent out due to a job transfer. Like most newlyweds, we were pinching pennies to make ends meet. We knew we had to find a renter and fast, but intimidated that someone of your experience and listing record would not be interested in the small commission you would gain from taking us on as your clients. We were entirely wrong. Colleen, from the very start you treated my husband and I as if you had listed a million dollar home when that was so far from the reality of the listing. . Over the years you have not only remained our manager, but have become a friend. You are on top of the economy and housing market and whenever we have a question your response is record time.
