Charles did an excellent job installing baseboard in two bedrooms and doing some touch up painting. I will be hiring him again when I am ready to have new doors installed on a bedroom closet. He worked efficiently and provided good information/suggestions to me about other planned projects.

Fio was great. They installed new baseboards after the hurricane: They made recommendations on building material and ete able to start the job very quickly. The work was exactly what I needed. I would definitely use them again for other projects!

Charles of FIO Building Co. did some absolutely amazing work for us. He completely rebuilt our 50-year-old stairs. We hired a couple of other ‘handy men’ prior to him but ended up sending both of them away because their work was the quality you’d expect for a property that someone was going to flip instead of live in for the rest of your life. He uncovered an unanticipated problem with the stringers in the midst of the project and was able to implement a solution and keep everything on track. His attention to detail and communication during the project makes him someone we’d like to hire again for our future projects. Charles is truly a skilled craftsman and it shows in his work. Quality, quality work. Thank you Charles !
