FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price based on the job- in person when I see it I can give you a quote. The typical formula is $30/bedroom + $30/bathroom. A basic kitchen and living room is included in that price. If there is an outdoor area, fireplace, spa, pool, theater room, trash disposal, or other services needed, that would affect the price as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with a new customer at the property so that we can meet and establish a dialogue. If we seem to be a match, we tour the property together and I take some reference pictures. Then we sit down and talk about their specific needs, go over our checklist of responsibilities and customize it to their preferences. Then we schedule and initial deep clean. I usually do a detailed report based on the deep clean so that any issues can be addressed and we can start the relationship off in good shape and set up for future success.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a chef by trade and raised by perfectionist parents. That makes me very detail oriented and particular. I teach food safety in the volunteer work that I do and I teach proper cleaning practices. I also have a background in healthcare so all of that experience culminates to me having a good understanding of the science behind germs and how to kill them while not damaging surfaces. I also have been in the hospitality industry for most of my life so I'm accustomed to anticipating the guests needs. That allows me to make conscientious decisions and be proactive in resetting the home and making sure everything is ready for guests to enjoy their stay and have everything they need.
