She is detailed, punctual, sweet, and goes the extra mile to ensure the home is sparkling clean. I set up an appointment for today 4-29 We agreed upon a price with 2 people to come and do a deep clean This morning on the day of the cleaning they texted me saying it was only going to be 1 person instead of 2 (the agreement the night before) they informed me only 1 person would be coming I canceled the appointment The day of!this is very unfortunate and unprofessional because just last night we had agreed on pricing and 2 people. You can not aexpect 1 person for a 2 person job. That was the agreement. This was unfortunate and disappointing. I canceled. I did not expect 1 person to come and i upfront asked. I wish them the best, but I did not appreciate the last minute change.
