DAVID A. HUBBARD IS A "THIEF" AND DOES NOT HAVE A CURRENT LICENSE WITH THE STATE OF FLORIDA - DBPR. HE CAME OUT AND GAVE US A WRITTEN ESTIMATE FOR A LANDSCAPING JOB AND TOOK A $400 CASH DEPOSIT TO PURCHASE MATERIALS - THEN CALLED BACK THE NEXT DAY TO SAY HE PURCHASE "DRUGS" WITH THE MONEY INSTEAD AND WOULD NOT BE SHOWING UP TO START THE PROJECT!!! A COMPLAINT HAS BEEN FILED WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE AGAINST THIS BUSINESS. MR. HUBBARD AND THE HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPT.
