What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is dependent on the type of area, size of job, and what exactly the customer wants removed from the surface. Combining services typically will allow a customer to receive a discount. We have referral programs that offer discounts as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Hang Loose Pressure Washing LLC's process consists of the owner coming out and walking around the property educating the customer of exactly what we are going to do and why. We also have softwares that we can provide customers with a price via online or over the phone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Employees are properly trained by the owner who has been pressure washing for over ten years professionally. As a company, we have attended pressure washing conventions and training courses throughout the country.
