My pricing is flexible based on the type of service—long-term or short-term rentals. I offer competitive rates with no upfront fees. Everything is discussed upfront, and I offer discounts for multiple properties or full-service management.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a free consultation to understand the property and the owner’s goals. Then, I visit the home, make recommendations if needed, and handle all the setup—listing, pricing, photos, and more. Once it’s ready, I take care of tenant placement or guest bookings, maintenance, and ongoing management.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a real estate license and several years of hands-on experience managing properties. Most of my knowledge comes from working directly with homeowners, tenants, and handling every aspect of rental management—from setup to maintenance and leasing.
