- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is usually based on the number of panels, Most homes fall into a flat-rate range, so customers get a clear price before service. Travel fees only apply if the property is outside the normal service area (and are disclosed upfront).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and hassle-free. It starts with a quick quote based on your system details and property layout. Once approved, we schedule your service at a convenient time—most customers don’t need to be home. Before cleaning, we perform a brief visual inspection of the panels. We then professionally clean using eco-safe, non-abrasive methods designed specifically for solar panels. Afterward, we do a final check and provide confirmation (and photos when available). We follow up to ensure you’re satisfied and offer optional maintenance plans to keep your system performing at its best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are trained specifically in solar panel safety, handling, and cleaning best practices. This includes proper roof-access procedures, fall protection, and methods that protect panel coatings, seals, and warranties. We stay up to date on manufacturer guidelines and industry standards to ensure panels are cleaned safely and effectively—never using pressure washers or abrasive materials. In addition, our team is fully insured and experienced working on a wide range of residential and commercial solar systems.
