FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When someone reaches out, I like to come by their place in person to chat and really understand what they need. Seeing the home helps me figure out the best way to clean it right. I usually give a quick call after the first message because talking directly helps build trust and clears up any questions fast. Then, I put together a cleaning plan just for them, bring all the supplies, and make sure the job gets done with care and attention to detail.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Since I was young, it was natural for me to help my family with cleaning around the house. It taught me the value of hard work and attention to detail. Over time, I realized I genuinely enjoy this kind of work. Today, cleaning homes is not just a job — it’s a way for me to serve others with care and dedication, offering a service that makes a real difference in people’s lives. It gives me the opportunity to do something I love while providing a valuable service to my clients.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If I could give some advice, I’d say don’t just focus on price. Check what kind of products they’re using—some smell good but can be pretty harsh or not great for your health. Also, see how the boss treats their team and how the companies connect with their clients. Trust is everything. A lot of people just want a quick job and money, but they miss the little things that really make a difference in how comfortable you feel and how well the job gets done. I clean every home like it’s mine— and honestly, I really hate mess and dirt! So, you can be sure I’ll do the job right and leave your place looking great.
