WORST moving company EVER!! call someone else.

These are nothing but Russian rip off artists, this is a HUGE conspiracy and the so called owner Chad Abrams, is the mastermind. He quotes you acts like he cares about you and everything is tries to warn you about with other companies, Sunshine State does.
They quoted me $1800 and I ended up paying close to double, they showed up to my house in a box PENSKE, they charged me $400 additional and repacked my things. When I called Chad he was NO where to be found.
I went with them cause they had an A rating with the BBB, I didnt nothing they started with the BBB 2 months ago, now they rating has dropped since then...
My items arrived 3 days ago, damaged and some items missing. I am furious because no one there wil return my calls. I was ripped off and there is nothing i can do about it.
If you are thinking about using this company, think again, I would not let them move my hanster cage. Go with a REAL company, They already have 3 complaints with the DOT and its only going to get worse. I will be warning people on every site possible until this company is out of business which by the looks of it will be soon.

We scheduled the moving service from Cedar Town, GA to Jacksonville, FL with Chad Abrams for 2-4pm on 2/8/13. They said they would give a confirmation call 1 hour before arriving. At 3:30pm, I called dispatch to find out the status. Yury (dispatcher) had the driver (Constantine) call me. Constantine said he had truck problems and was at the shop but would make it in about 2 hours. At 6:30pm, I called Constantine back to find out the status. Constantine said the exact same thing he said at 3:30pm; he had truck problems and was at the shop but would be there in 2 hours. I asked for a supervisor to call me. I received a call from Shawn who said he was a supervisor at 7:25pm. He said he could have another truck here in 2 hours
we never heard from the company again and they did not show up for service. I called all numbers given but received voicemails on all lines. I also sent numerous emails but did not get a response. Ive requested the $100 deposit back but havent heard from anyone yet.

Chad asked me to put reveiw for the company if I liked the service they provided to me. I had to plan a move in just 3 days, I called several companies, one of them was Sunshine state moving,inc, and their employees were very professional and answered all our questions. I explained to them I had to move in 2 days, they said there was no problem, that they could help us, they even offered me to receive an onsite estimate ,the estimator was on time and well prepared. He gave us the quote instantly after inspecting what we were planning on moving. He was very polite and I can tell he was well experienced. We decided to go with Sunshine, their employees kept in communication with us, this made us feel more relaxed because we knew they were making sure everything from our move would go well, and let me tell you; THEY ARE AMAZING!, they arrived on time on pick up, were very careful, everything was exactly how we were told it would be. We paid what we were quoted,my family and I are very pleased with the service and attention from Sunshine. Thank you for everything you guys did for us; KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!! We will definitely recommend Sunshine state moving,inc to our friends and family.
