- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
depending on what kind of work it is sometimes I charge by the hour and sometimes I charge by the square footage
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer decide to hire us, first thing we do is start talking about the details . Price, material, work description, start date. After everyone is on the same page and is in agreement it's time for us to do work. Once the work is completely done and the customer is satisfied we move to the next one the customer gives a good review and tells all there friends how happy they are with the work we did for them.

on-the-job training and a itching desire to learn any trade I get my hands on I've been doing this kind of work for over 8 years now
