I found hypnotherapy to be a highly skilled process in identifying and resolving inner conflict. Hypnotherapy helps with childhood memories that began earlier in life affecting the individual in the present day. Hypnotherapy is very effective and efficient process with great results. I wanted to figure out why the men I dated were either emotionally unavailable and I wasn’t a priority to them. I’ve been to psychotherapy on and off for years dealing with the same situation with different faces. I spent hours and hours just venting my frustrations to my therapist researching my past for the connection. I thought then what happens when I do find the missing link? Would that solve my problem? I incorporated dating skills, studied the law of attraction, read books etc,. I realized after all these years of emotional pain, spent hundreds of hours with my psychotherapist and the financial commitment I didn’t make any progress. I felt these psychotherapy sessions would go on forever and nothing would change. I was recommended to Christina Hypnosis and I thought to myself, this could probably help me. We proceeded to discuss my issue. I gave Christina an overview of my experiences. I was asked what would I like to achieve in regards to my dating life. We spent about 30 minutes discussing everything then she began to go into the process of hypnosis. The entire session lasted 2.5 hours. Afterward the session I felt at ease, relaxed, and at peace. Within two weeks I was faced with a dating situation of the “same old song.” Surprisingly to me something just clicked. My thinking had changed. Proud to say I didn’t get sucked in and walked away. Not only did the one hypnotherapy session altered my dating it affected other areas of my life as well. I am more vocal and assertive now, and have no fear standing up for myself. Since my first session with Christina, I’ve continued our sessions improving other areas of my life, including work and financial success. I am a totally new person better than I thought I could ever be. Hypnotherapy for me now is an exploration. At this point I find it to be intriguing and simply amazed at the transformation I’ve made.

I was shocked at what I discovered was the root of my anxiety. I was able to completely recall something from my childhood that I had surpressed and than was able to come to terms with it. I feel completely peaceful and worry free. My mind is no longer over thinking. My session was truly a blessing to my life.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hypnotherapy sessions are 2 hours at $100 per hour. For the client to get the full benefits of hypnotherapy typically 4 sessions, possibly more, are required for each issue. Packages are available for hypnotherapy sessions. Life Coaching and Spiritual work are typically weekly sessions until the goal is achieved. I may incorporate hypnotherapy to enhance the process and improve results .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call, text, or email me directly to schedule a free 15 minute consultation prior to contacting me through Thumbtack unless you need to schedule a session immediately. Life Coaching sessions are 60 minutes. Spiritual Counseling sessions are 60 to 90 minutes. Hypnotherapy session are 2 hours. Sessions are $100 per hour.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a Certified Hypnotherapist I served 300+ hours in various modalities. I continue to take additional training to expand my knowledge and education, and experienced in the field of hypnotherapy. I am currently working toward a Doctorate in Metaphysical Psychology.
