Introduction: I offer full service travel planning at no cost to you. Some agencies will charge a planning fee of several hundred dollars, which they will keep if you decide not to book. I do not. As a result, I assume the risk of taking the job. My clients get the most competitive pricing on all their travel experiences with none of the "hassle" of travel planning. I do the work and you have all the fun. I enjoy learning about new and exciting destinations - especially in those Europe, which have become a favorite of mine. In my travels I always strive to learn about the area and it's people, to point out the cultural and natural landmarks, and to enjoy authentic food and drink. Travel experiences can truly be unforgettable, life changing experiences. It is my hope that I can share the excitement and joy of travel with others.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. My service is free to my clients. I derive income from commissions paid by travel suppliers such as cruise lines and hotels.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a client has not stated any specific goals or budget I would then conduct an interview, by phone or in person, and determine exactly what places and experiences the client is looking for. It's a big world and you have to narrow your search before you can start. After we set a goal for the trip, I would then begin the process of planning a journey that will fill all the clients needs and keep the client updated so they can provide feedback. As products are booked, my clients receive immediate confirmation of their booking directly from the travel providers, whether they be hotels, airlines, cruises or tour operators. Payments are always though the providers and not me.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I can provide any and all services, from locating and reserving cruises or resorts, air tickets, ground transportation, shore excursions or destination activities, dinner recommendations - whatever you need to enjoy a seamless travel experience.
