- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the number and type of light fixtures. Once we are able to consult with our customers we can provide an on-the-spot proposal that is clear and easy to understand. The proposal we provide is for complete installation so that you know there are no surprise charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to come and meet the customer at their home or property so that we can walk with them and get a feel for what they are looking for. From there we provide a design and cost proposal. Once the customer is comfortable with the design we can set up the lighting for a "live demonstration" that is free with no obligation. This is beneficial since the customer can see the lighting before making a buying commitment, and at the same time make any adjustments prior to installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Elegant Accents is licensed by the State of Florida as an Electrical Contractor (EC13007229). We are also certified as a designer and installer by a number of manufacturers to install their lighting products.
