After having a conversation with the merchant he was kind enough to agree to fix all concerns. Mr. Tozo stop by and personally to assess the situation. He was professional and apologized for everything that took place. Based on how he conducted himself, and his delivery of an outstanding experience I give Tozo Flooring Service Inc a five star review. I can honestly say I will definitely recommend his company to friends and family. They are despicable pigs, work is less than desirable. Absolutely no attention to detail. They left damage to my wall, someone decided it’s a good idea to slash my bedding skirt. Also one or both of the geniuses left feces in my toilet. Someone also eat part of the slice of cake I purchased for my 75 year old neighbor birthday. They left white marks on majority of flooring. They removed the carpet and the holes under the doors, they then tell me it’s not their responsibility. After much push back, they filled the holes with putty it looks like. Less than 900 sq ft of work and 5k later, I get the ultimate nightmare. Look at the way they left the quarter round.

Excellent work. Installed waterproof vinyl flooring over tile, remove carpet. The floor is completely seamless. I will definitely use Tozo flooring for other projects.

Excellent work!! Mr Tozo and his team did amazing quality work!!! Removed old carpet and laminate flooring and replaced with our choice of flooring! Great pricing too! Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone!
