I've been working with Freddy since 2016. Freddy has been able to get me from 150 lbs down to the 100lbs. Before him I was very out of shape, and anything I ate simply made me blow up. We worked on getting my body healthy and my metabolism back to working. I've never gone back to any other coach. Freddy's meal plans are the best out there, so are his workouts. 7 years later, and I am in absolutely wonderful shape.
