- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge per job not per hour, when technician quotes you a price, it already includes the cost of the part and labor. If we forgot to include a component to complete the repair you will not be charged in addition to your original invoice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We receive continuing education from our corporate office each week, where we get the latest on equipment, trends, any specials from all of the brands and reinforcement on improving the world class service to our customers.
