- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat rate upfront pricing on everything we do. You don't have to worry about someone's hourly rate as we don't charge customers that way. We charge a fair upfront price no matter how long the work takes. We even offer financing options on repairs and new system installation that make it very affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have dedicated phone reps available 24 hours a day that can get you scheduled fast. We offer online booking, so you can book an appointment right from our website. We have appointments available as soon as same day. We send out background checked, licensed and drug tested technician to your home who can diagnose any issues you are having and gives you several options on site to choose from. Almost all of the work can be repaired on site during the first visit and you are back up and running.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold a Class A HVAC Contractors license, which allows us to work Statewide on any size system with no restrictions. We are also Universally EPA certified to work with all refrigerants and NATE Certified to show our expertise in residential HVAC installation and service.
