Elijah showed up a few minutes early, nice. We went over what I was interested in, which was a simple check of the refrigerant level. The air conditioner was working fine, but with the Florida heat, I wanted to make sure it had a full charge as I was not sure of who had been servicing it, or even if it had been serviced. He started with a system check methodically going through the various aspects of evaluation. He noticed a high head pressure and it was pulling amperage on the high side. He went inside the house and removed the covers on the indoor fan and began analyzing it. he did find the sensor was not properly connected to the doodad coming out of the TXV valve (my refrigeration is Aerospace related, but I get gist of it) he also checked the capacitor, the contactor, and other things. During this time he had the full set of gages hooked up to the AC unit outside so he could see the results of his actions. He reattached the sensor correctly, then monitored the system for about 15 minutes. The head pressure was now in the normal zone, all readings were normal and the amperage had dropped with the head pressure now where it should be. He also tidied up the insulation and inspected everything and compared his results against the specs, all was normal now. He was here for nearly two hours, working the entire time. He explained everything as he went, and when he was done, I was a happy customer. The cost was as we agreed to in the original quote, which was very fair. I found my AC contractor, his honesty, punctuality, integrity and fair pricing were refreshing. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his company to anyone looking for an honest and knowledgeable AC expert. He has all the appropriate licenses, certifications and is a good guy! Glad we found him!

Elijah, is an outstanding young a/c professional. I had two other a/c companies couldn't find the problem and wanted thousands to fix my so call problem they didnt pin point. I needed a new air conditione, and I needed it fast. I got another estimate, but Keep’N Cool’s price and equipment were better. Also, fast and excellent service.
