I am a trial attorney with over 17 years of experience. I have served as an Assistant State Attorney and as an Assistant Public Defender trying both misdemeanors and felonies. Trial in both capacities has given me a command of the rules of evidence and valuable insight in defending a client at every stage of a case from the initial arrest to trial.
I am a member of the National College of DUI Defense, Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Brevard County Bar Association.

I was really stressed facing some legal issues. Bad move to drive home from the Christmas party. Eric responded right away, eased my fears, and worked with my payments. I faced the music, as they say, but felt confident that my attorney was working the system as best as it can be. He really had a good relationship with a lot of the people working in the courts.
