- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For an added videography service that was not already in my quoted package, then I add the video to the package 50% off.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We finalize on a quote and date, I send over a contract and invoice and a 50% of the total is due as the deposit for saving the date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience overtime has taught me a lot, I did not go to school for photography.
