- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Budget with no hidden fees. Includes labor, protection, wall preparation, and cleaning. 5% discount for cash payment and 10% for referring clients. I don't charge for travel or overtime. The 30% deposit is only to cover the cost of materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process with new clients has 5 steps: 1. Quick contact – I respond within 2 hours via chat. 2. Free visit – I assess the location and provide a written quote within 24 hours. 3. Approval and contract – We agree on a deadline, payment (40% + 60%) and a 12-month guarantee. 4. Execution – I protect the environment, prepare the walls, paint, and clean everything at the end of each day. 5. Delivery and guarantee – You inspect, approve, and pay the final 60%. Follow-up after 15 days. For small jobs, I can provide a quote based on photos without a site visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My primary training comes from 8 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial construction. I started as an assistant and was promoted to team leader. In addition, I seek regular training: I have participated in workshops on facade preparation and decorative textures.
