Long Story… Why RMA… First reviewed the reviews of other companies including RMA. Only two companies actually replied to all the reviews posted. That impresses me and dropped the other companies from consideration from our job. Next, we dove into what was said about both companies. Of the two companies, RMA stood alone in longer reviews written by their customers with examples of why the customer felt the way they did. Short reviews tend (to us anyway) to be written by workers/owners/friends of the company.
RMA’s customers wrote specifics on the extra care Ricardo and his crew took to protect rugs and walls when a ceiling as being done or just a interior paint job by taping up with plastic and masking paper to protect rugs. Our experience with RMA’s owner (Ricardo) and his crew, was very good in Recardo explained what was going to be done, then explained what was being done and then reviewed the entire job after each phase was completed. The entire crew was careful of the home they worked in protecting those areas not being worked on from dust and debris getting on areas outside the actual work area.
Our project was the ceilings in 4 rooms. Remove the popcorn ceiling, fix and repair any water damage done by our previous roof, apply a texture to the ceiling and paint (1 coat of primer & 2 coats of ceiling paint). The crew arrived each day to start the job on the time agreed upon. The whole job of all four rooms took only 2-days and including a complete clean-up
