I liked Nate when he introduced himself. His work ethic is professional and his nowledge of the various plants in our garden was impressive. I have a simple pricing structure for all the work my team does. Charge the customer a fair price and do a good job. I have found that running my business this way keeps my customers happy, helps with repeat customers and if we treat people right and do a good job we will get referred to their friends and neighbors...
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we try to make it simple to work with us. potential customers send us a request through the system and we try to go out and view the area that they need help with and give them a price and schedule thier work in a time frame that meets thier needs. life is complicated enough. We try to make choosing our team a quick and easy decision for the customer.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I mostly do weeding, shrub/tree trimming, rake leaves/ pine needles. I started out offering these services because most of my customers regular lawn guy didn't do them. I can do just about anything you need done in your yard. The only thing we don't offer is lawn mowing service
