Kim began pursuing her counseling education at Reformed Theological Seminary and eventually transferred to Webster University where she has received her Masters Degree in Professional Counseling. She has fulfilled all requirements for her to qualify as a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern through the Florida Department of Health. Kim remains active in the development of her skills through the integration of Biblical principles and Psychological expertise. She is skilled at helping clients who struggle with spiritual issues, depression, anxiety, codependency, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, childhood abuse and/or neglect, divorce, eating disorders, complicated grief, relational problems, couples issues, and crisis needs. She specializes in working with victims of emotional, verbal and/or physical forms of Domestic Violence. Kim also has a heart for working with women who experience an unwanted same-sex attraction.
