- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide pricing based on the scope of the work for your project. We will discuss everything with you in person after having done a diagnosis of the issue you are experiencing. We will never just throw out a price over the phone to try to get hired. We want to ensure that you receive accurate pricing based on the needs of your home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon hiring Sunny Bliss Plumbing & Air you can expect to be made aware of who to anticipate arriving at your door and top notch service through out the process. Our technician will get to your home and assess the current plumbing issue you are experiencing and provide you with an estimate for the remedy. If all is agreed upon, we will begin the work same day as long as there is not a need for special order parts.
