For every painting job, we leave a small amount of paint for future touch-ups, and the same goes for tiles, laminate, and wood flooring to ensure long-lasting satisfaction. Our approach: We prefer to start with a phone call to discuss your project in detail. If we decide to move forward, we’ll draft a contract that outlines the scope, start dates, and timelines. Most of our jobs are offered at a flat rate, so you’ll know the cost upfront. We encourage clients to prepare a "punch list" of tasks, allowing us to provide an accurate flat rate for the entire project. Please note that we have a minimum service charge of $100, plus the Thumbtack lead fee. There is a 4 hour minimum if we proceed with the job.
