- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally went through a radical weight loss/habit change transformation, dropping 50 pounds, quitting smoking and drinking, etc. I know from personal experience and knowledge (Bachelors degree in engineering management/In my free time, I have always enjoyed reading scientific literature about health and wellness, and exploring practices from different traditions around the world, mostly hindu, buddhist and daoist. I also have a life coach certificate.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was always passionate about knowledge and healthy practices, which ended up in people coming to me for advice.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
No one knows you better than yourself, so don’t work with anyone that does not respect this. The best coach is one that holds space for you to go at your own pace, and create your version of the practices that best work for you.
