Sofia created a very gentle and safe space, guiding me into a deeply introspective and comforting state. Throughout the session, I felt a noticeable sense of calm and lightness. I finally had the opportunity to step into Sofia's space last week. The experience was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment you arrive, its clear that Sofia takes excellent care of her clients. Her space is pristine, professionally set up, and features a beautiful sound bathing experience with singing bowls that instantly grounds you.Sofia leads a slow, introspective session designed to get your mind right. What impressed me most was her attentiveness; she is incredibly tuned into shifts in energy and attitude throughout the session. After the session finished, I felt more than revitalized and we spent a portion of time reviewing what Sofia's findings were, as well as my interpretation of said findings. It was a communicative, collaborative process, and I appreciated her insight.Beyond the Reiki itself, the logistics were seamlessshe was flexible with my schedule and highly responsive in communication. Her studio is in a prime Miami Beach location that is walkable to great dining, and I was pleasantly surprised to find readily available street parking nearby. If you are curious about Reiki, I cannot recommend Sofia's services highly enough. I will definitely be back!

Until my session with Sofia, my knowledge of Reiki was limited to one experience decades ago, when my MD/Naturopath addressed abdominal pain by hovering his hands over my belly. I was entirely unaware of what he was doing, but felt something very powerful and never experienced what had become chronic abdominal pain again. My remote session with Sofia was also very powerful in an entirely different way, perhaps because it was remote. She has a masterful way of transporting you with her vocal modulations, guiding your attention to energetic vortices/chakras; for me, this became an intensely visual experience as she guided my focus. I was eager to report the imagery that appeared during the session. The alignments of what she sensed and was addressing, were in fascinating parallels to what mental imagery appeared for me. The intensity of her focus is tangible. I sense that she is a fierce healer :) The resultant calm, and sense of well-being was surprising. My limited forays into Reiki make me curious to experience more, I can think of no one more calming and comforting than Sofia.

I had my first distance reiki session with Sofia today and wow, what an absolutely amazing start to my week. This girl is so talented at her craft. It was the perfect mixture of relaxation, self reflection, and inner work. I genuinely feel that with even one session Ive made huge progress in my healing journey. I want to make this a routine part of my spiritual practice with her! I will be returning for more distance sessions!!
