Masha is an outstanding nutritionist; she informs you thoroughly about her profession and what she will do to assist you. On our initial encounter, she expresses a strong desire to get to know you while being professional. She creates a personalized meal plan for you to address certain concerns, such as gratristis, which I've had for years, but after a few days of altering my diet, I haven't felt any acidity in my stomach and my digestive system has improved. Masha is someone I intend to work with in the future because of the high quality of her work and professionalism.

I worked with Masha to get out of an emotional rut and get back on track with my nutrition. I am some one that struggles with eating my best and being consistent with a healthy lifestyle. Masha was able nudge me in a vastly improved direction. After two programs my high Cholesterol was reduced to normal levels and I was able to go form 255 Lbs down to 195 Lbs. She has a wealth of holistic knowledge that would benefit any ones situation, I recommend you give it a shot and are sure to find yourself in a better position afterwards.
