Masha has been awesome. We started with a conversation of which I felt very comfortable with her. She had me send her pictures of the food I was eating with no judgment from her. She has been very responsive and gone out of her way to make me very comfortable. She’s working with my lifestyle and the stress in my life. She is extremely responsive and I never feel like I’m bothering her. I highly recommend Masha!

Masha is an outstanding nutritionist; she informs you thoroughly about her profession and what she will do to assist you. On our initial encounter, she expresses a strong desire to get to know you while being professional. She creates a personalized meal plan for you to address certain concerns, such as gratristis, which I've had for years, but after a few days of altering my diet, I haven't felt any acidity in my stomach and my digestive system has improved. Masha is someone I intend to work with in the future because of the high quality of her work and professionalism.

I worked with Masha to get out of an emotional rut and get back on track with my nutrition. I am some one that struggles with eating my best and being consistent with a healthy lifestyle. Masha was able nudge me in a vastly improved direction. After two programs my high Cholesterol was reduced to normal levels and I was able to go form 255 Lbs down to 195 Lbs. She has a wealth of holistic knowledge that would benefit any ones situation, I recommend you give it a shot and are sure to find yourself in a better position afterwards. I was able to achieve my success through phone, Skype and email sessions.
