SKYLIGHT YOGA changed my life! Sri Sudarshan is a supremely knowledgeable leader, a true Guru and master Yogi. I received private Yoga instruction from Him and I attend SKYLIGHT YOGA events and classes regularly, and I feel so blessed to have His kind, compassionate, unselfish and profound guidance. My experience has been nothing short of amazing and the leaps in my practice and life have been truly incredible. These are the best, most authentic Yoga and Meditation classes you’ll find in Miami Beach, in Florida and beyond! Sri Sudarshan guides His disciples towards peace, health, wisdom and truth. SKYLIGHT YOGA is not a “regular yoga studio” (meaning, it’s not run like a fitness studio) - what is being shared here are the true, timeless teachings of Yoga, the essence of Yoga and Meditation, as passed down from master to disciple since time immemorial. Sri Sudarshan is the perfect yoga teacher. He has incredibly indepth knowledge of all parts of the yoga practice. He is amazingly patient and kind with a very pedagogic mindset.
