I came into the experience with Sri Sudarshan with no knowledge or practice at all. His space, mind set and knowledge made the experience amazing. I’d highly recommend anyone looking for a professional yoga, meditation and breath working session to try him.

SKYLIGHT YOGA changed my life! Sri Sudarshan is a supremely knowledgeable leader, a true Guru and master Yogi. I received private Yoga instruction from Him and I attend SKYLIGHT YOGA events and classes regularly, and I feel so blessed to have His kind, compassionate, unselfish and profound guidance. My experience has been nothing short of amazing and the leaps in my practice and life have been truly incredible. These are the best, most authentic Yoga and Meditation classes you’ll find in Miami Beach, in Florida and beyond! Sri Sudarshan guides His disciples towards peace, health, wisdom and truth. Sri Sudarshan is the perfect yoga teacher. He has incredibly indepth knowledge of all parts of the yoga practice. He is amazingly patient and kind with a very pedagogic mindset.
