- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is fair. Might be a little higher than the rest but I value my work and its never rushed and I don’t cut any corners. After completing the job I do a walk through with the customer and make sure they are 100% satisfied with everything that was done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I get a full description of what you want done. Then I look at the property though satellite images and I give you a free estimate. Then I set up a date and time for the service to be preformed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by a professional over 10 years ago so I know exactly what to do in all situations. I have experience with different chemicals on all types of surfaces.
