Management company usually has the toughest job, dealing with disputes and managing issues and negativity on a constant basis and I have dealt with many of them. I have to say so far they have been excellent at resolving issues and responding in a professional manner. Cristy has been wonderful and while some of my complaints have been written in a angry manner she has always be courteous and resolved my issues. Issues will always occur what I look for and admire is how it is dealt with and the human approach! Great job guys!

    THE DIFFERENCE Let’s face it, when it comes right down to it, all management companies offer very similar services. We all collect your rents, pay your bills and handle the day-to- day operations of your apartment community for you. So you ask what makes Corte special? Why should I hire Corte over their competition? There are many reasons but I’m going to outline just a few: Communication Corte stresses communication with its customers. Our Managers keep in constant communication with the Owners and residents. They do this through email, telephone and often with personal property visits. Our office answers your call personally, you will not be stuffed into a phone maze or voicemail. Team Work The greatest measure that sets Corte apart from its competitors most of all is our belief in teamwork. When you hire Corte not only are you getting an assigned manager but you are getting their support team as well. Arzu Gunes, who heads the apartment management division, works with the manager on an ongoing basis. Her job is to make sure that the Manager is well trained and is tending to the properties needs. If the demand of work exceeds the manager’s schedule there are other team members to pick up the workload. Fees Unlike many of our competitors, we keep our fees simple and straight forward.
