Unlike many of our competitors, we keep our fees simple and straight forward. We do not mark up profit on vendor invoices. We do not mark up materials. We do not charge extra for standard mailings. We do not charge extra for local or long distance telephone calls.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
THE DIFFERENCE Let’s face it, when it comes right down to it, all management companies offer very similar services. We all collect your rents, pay your bills and handle the day-to- day operations of your apartment community for you. So you ask what makes Corte special? Why should I hire Corte over their competition? There are many reasons but I’m going to outline just a few: Communication Corte stresses communication with its customers. Our Managers keep in constant communication with the Owners and residents. They do this through email, telephone and often with personal property visits. Our office answers your call personally, you will not be stuffed into a phone maze or voicemail. Team Work The greatest measure that sets Corte apart from its competitors most of all is our belief in teamwork. When you hire Corte not only are you getting an assigned manager but you are getting their support team as well. Arzu Gunes, who heads the apartment management division, works with the manager on an ongoing basis. Her job is to make sure that the Manager is well trained and is tending to the properties needs. Accountability Corte takes pride in the fact that we offer accurate reporting to our customers. To help ensure this we have an in house CPA who supervises all facets of our accounting and budgeting.
