- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We begin by clarifying whether you need buyer representation, help selling a property, or coordination of both transactions. I then explain the proposed real estate scope and compensation through Conde Realty before you decide how to proceed. Fees are agreed for the specific engagement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a focused conversation about your goals, location, budget or expected sale value, timeline and current representation. For buyers, we define the search, compare suitable properties, evaluate the asset and coordinate the transaction through closing. For sellers, we review the property, market positioning, preparation and listing strategy. If you are selling and buying, we plan the sequence together. Communication is available in English and Spanish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Florida real estate sales associate (SL3567281) working through Conde Realty and a Florida-registered architect (AR98781), trained at ETSAV–UPC in Barcelona. My experience spans more than 20 years across architecture, property valuation and real estate, including nearly 15 years in mortgage valuation in Spain. That background helps me read a property's layout, visible condition, context and potential alongside the real estate decision.
