I had a catastrophic failure on my external drive. This is where I kept all of my travel pictures for the last 10 years. There was little hope to get anything out from the drive. Ashwin from SoBe Tech Guru was able to retrieve all my pictures! He used a new technich that I have never heard of. I owe him all the memories that I got back and I'm forever grateful! He is the best at data recovery!

This was my first time using Thumbtack, so I was nervous about leaving my laptop w/ someone I didn't know. Ashwin was so friendly, and answered every question I had. He completely put my mind at ease. I am so happy that I finally found someone trustworthy, fast and reliable to fix my mac! He knew the importance of how quickly I needed it back and was able to work on it immediately.....and on a Sunday! I got my laptop back in just 1 hour! I highly recommend Ashwin!

Ashwin is a godsend! My hard drive crashed and my laptop wouldn't boot. I thought I had a backup, but it failed too!!! He was able to not only fix my laptop the same day, but he managed to recover ALL of my information including pictures of my baby that I didn't have anywhere else. I was reluctant to leave my laptop with someone, but Ashwin is such a pleasant and knowledgeable guy that he calmed my all my fears and really made me feel safe and that I was in good hands. I gave him a huge tip too because he pulled this all off on the same day! I can't say enough about this guy, I highly recommend him!

Ashwin is THE GURU of all things tech. Not only did Ashwin recover all my data from a corrupt hard drive, but he was able to properly restore the files, reinstall programs, and spend extra time throughout the entire process. He communicated with me at all times to effectively and efficiently let me know how the process was going. Currently, he is rebuilding my website, hosting my site, and providing SEO marketing and branding support for my company. He is innovative and definitely an expert. I've been through many "frogs" and he is the real deal!

This is my first time using thumbtack and I must say that I am impressed! Ashwin is that go to guy that I have been looking for since I moved here from New York. It would have been enough if he had a good eye and technical skills to make my website, but he comes at it from a business and marketing view that really made a difference. Add to that his knowledge of all things technical and I understand why he is the sobe tech guru! I definitely wouldnt hesitate to reccommend him. He came in on budget and on time and helped me in so many other ways without even charging me. Ashwin is most definitely my new tech guru!
