- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’ve given a lot of thought to my pricing. On one hand, I try to stay accessible to people. But I also need to keep my quality up, so I try to find the sweet spot. You could say my pricing is fair. Fair for a top quality product.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is usually a phone consultation to discuss vision/expectation/customization.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked at National Geographic Magazine and got to work with photo editors there. I am otherwise self-taught. I’ve always had an artistic eye so it’s something that comes naturally for me.
