Holy crap. A contractor that was not a rip off, WAS ON TIME, and cleaned. Did I mention he was on time ? Excellent work (faucet repair).

I have been dealing with contractors for over 30 years however, I must say Tony Small is the most thorough and professional. He came in assessed what needed to done, gave me a time frame, advised me upfront what issues I could run into and what his solution would be if that was to occur. I am extremely pleased with his work ethic!! He completed the job without any issues in the promised time frame. I would absolutely recommend T. My wife and I really enjoyed working with Joey, he was very professional and knowledgeable. We’ve bought other properties and had inspections before but the report we received from Joey is by far the best. The report included pictures and descriptions of every item tested as well as general pictures helping to show the complete story of the state of the property. An issue was found with the shower and with this detailed support we were able to get a credit from the seller without any issues. In addition to the very detailed report Joey was very timely and flexible to meet our needs. He even cane out a second time to see if the sellers had corrected an issue. All around I would strongly recommend him and hope to have him work with us on other projects.

My husband and I have been wanting a fence for years, but we did not want to spend an arm and a leg on it. We decided to put up a 6-foot shadow box wood and go with an independent contractor as opposed to a big company. Durany was the first to come out and give me an estimate within 24 hours of posting my request here on Thumbtack. I signed the contract, and he gave me a detailed list of items to buy. He began work within a few days, and our fence was up in a week. It is well-built, sturdy, and beautiful.

I selected KJ Marble & Tile to completely renovate two bathrooms. As a novice in bathroom remodeling, and not knowing exactly what I wanted, Mr. King was there to assist by asking the right questions to help me in my decision-making. Mr. King provided well detailed estimates, allowing me to stay within my planned budget. I found other companies’ estimates to be over-priced. KJ Marble also included lifetime shower glass and used top grade supplies, such as stain/mold resistant grout. I felt we worked well as a team – guiding me through each step of the process. Mr. King managed the use of sub-contractors as needed for the job, and ensured their work was impeccably done. The General Contractor of kool renovations is person amazingly helpful, he guided on how to improve some concepts I had and even came up with a great design that we ended up using, Who came on time, did the job right and is knowledgable about the projects I needed done. !! Cecil just built a composite wooden deck for us, and did a super clean job and great looking deck, we couldn't have asked for a better contractor! It is so hard to find trust worthy people in the Miami area that really do a good job, we met several contractors for the same job and most were more expensive and were doing less quality job (based on the photos they showed us). Cecil was very responsive, very reliable, listened to us but also gave us good recommendations. We really are super happy to have worked with him, the deck was done when we asked and it only took them a weekend!

I recommend this company and his owner at 100%. Rodney is a professional and his team can help you doing different services. I have him at the top of my list for next projects.

On the first day, Manuel showed up on time, in Brickell, during rush hour on one day's notice--that alone tells you everything you need to know about his character. He has vast knowledge, and pointed out a few important details that previous contractors were unaware of. He was able to refer us to a very reputable architect and get the job done on time and under budget. We originally had a large 2-bedroom, and now we have a still spacious 2 bedroom + office that is crafted to perfection. We will be using him for a kitchen renovation in a few months.
