Mark was very friendly and honest. He didn't tell me there was a problem, when there wasn't one. Even though I didn't call about a spigot, Mark installed a outdoor spigot while he was here and was very quick.

Contrary to what is stated on Thumbtack (immediate availability), I waited 3 days for my booking, and Prestige called me 15 minutes after the start of the appointment window to advise that they needed to reschedule. This was after confirming via a text directly from Prestige, and also via Thumbtack, the appointment that I waited 3 days for, and after I re-arranged my work schedule to accommodate their scheduling availability. I booked Prestige based upon their high reviews, but am disappointed at their response and lack of respect for my time.
