Ariel was responsive in getting in touch with me, he scheduled an appointment convenient to my schedule, called before he arrived, and was prompt. He also was driving an immaculate vehicle, which made me feel like he pays attention to details.
When he diagnosed the problem with the toilet, he showed me exactly what needed to be done, and advised me that it was not as bad as he thought, the flange(?) didn't need to be replaced. There was also a leaky hose which he fixed, and gave me a discount on that portion of the repair as well.
I will definitely call Ariel for any future plumbing issues.

Ariel was great. Showed up when he said he would. Very knowledgeable regarding plumbing and was able to fix our issue without any problems. He also went above and beyond by fixing other minor issues that were not done correctly when sink was installed by a different person. He also took the time to teach us how to maintain and keep pipes clean. Overall first class service.

Ariel is the real deal. Not only did he come within minutes of reaching out (it was late on a weekend) but he resolved the plumbing/pipe issues that were left unfixed from the previous owner. I found my lifetime plumber, no need to explore anyone else!
