Very responsive and quick to arrive for the issue I was having with my washer. They had exactly the part I needed on hand in their car and were able to install immediately after I confirmed the work estimate invoice and agreed to the work to be done. The tech, Dzmitry, was very friendly, prompt and frank and quickly got my washer working again. Thank you so much!

Dimitry came and repaired our water heater which avoided us having to purchase a new one. He was very quick, thorough and responsive, the price was very fair and the company was very professional as well. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I chose Berne after getting a ridiculously expensive quote from another vendor. Berne fixed my Bosch built in microwave quickly and the technician was very professional. Highly recommend.
