Alex came out to fix my ice maker. I called Crown Appliance because my machine wasn’t making ice at all. They had to buy a part and install it on the second appointment. After a few days my machine is full of ice and is running perfectly.

We have an outdoor true ice maker that is about 7 years old and failed. We called Alex to see if he could fix it. He quickly diagnosed the issues, explained why it happened and how he could take steps to prevent it from happening again. He then ordered the necessary parts and returned to repair the machine. The machine is running beautifully ever since. I was so impressed with his knowledge, his customer service, and his absolute dedication to make sure that ice maker was functioning—he even called to follow up later! I will use him time and again for any appliance issues and will definitely send his info to friends and family. Hard to find people like him these days. Thank you, Alex!

My newer GE washer developed a leak. We called Crown Appliance Repair and Alex came out to check it out. After a few days, Alex came back with a dispenser part and was able to fix my washing machine. Now it is running perfect and no leaks are happening.

Called Crown Appliance Repair when my older GE dryer wasn’t turning on. Alex came out to check it out. He arrived on time, was professional, respectful and found the problem quickly. Our control board was not working properly, he said it’s a relay on it. Alex gave us a quote and the board was a bit too expensive. He agreed to do a relay replacement instead of a board, reducing the price by a lot. We agreed and he returned with a fixed board on the next day.
I was surprised he got it working that quickly, but hey I can’t complain. Five stars will definitely recommend Crown Appliance.
