Better communication. Stand behind their work. Correctly diagnose issues. Perform the work in full that was agreed upon. Confirm their repairs. Respond in a timely manner and not dodge phone calls for a warranty repair. Show up when they say they’re going to. Correctly diagnosing an issue will help a customer decide if the repair is worth while or if replacing the appliance is a better financial decision instead of installing a part on a potentially failing unit and taking the customers money. At the point of writing this we have waited for this company to return for an immediate warranty repair for roughly 2 weeks now with multiple no call, no shows.
