We charge a diagnostic fee that’s applied to the cost of the repair: For cooking and laundry appliances - $49 + tax, refrigeration appliances - $55 + tax, HVAC systems - $89 + tax. The diagnostic fee waived if hired
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will assign you to a certified technician for the soonest appointment available. The tech will contact you on the morning of your appointment with an ETA and keep you advised if the ETA changes.
