I fixed the issue myself and let the Tech know before he came. Her was nice and very polite and said if anything changes give him a call. I would recommend them for any repairs you may need.

Sears called me within 5 minutes to book the call to fix my dryer. They were there the next day, and the service rep had the parts needed in his truck and fixed it in 30 minutes. Saved me from buying a new one, and he was very professional. I’d recommend them to anyone who needs help. Thank you!

Didn't use them . The fee just to visit was 45 higher than the next closest diagnosis. The bot responded to all questions . It was not a human.
