The repair man was there at the estomated time of arrival, and as i had requested spoke spanish and was very helpful and professional as his job. Very quick to diagnose the issue and to repair it! He knew what he was doing.
Got my washer repaired the same day with the new part and all installed.

J. Foster, the tech who came out was professional and identified the problem immediately. He ordered the part and called later in the day to come back to install. He worked into the evening hours to complete the job (despite the fact the he had to defrost a major ice build up), working through dinner hour into the night. He was amazing. He left the refrigerator in perfect working order and completely spotless.
