Chris Houck is a licensed architect in Florida and New York, and is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. He holds a Master of Architecture from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from The College of William and Mary. Prior to starting his private practice in 2017, Chris was an associate at Belmont Freeman Architects, an award-winning New York City based firm.

We bought a basic Cape in much need of repair and lacking outside spaces to take advantage of the beautiful wooded lot. Chris listened closely to what was important to us and designed spaces that take the most advantage of our property. He gave serious thought to what we enjoy and what we hope our guests will enjoy. While keeping our budget constraints in mind, he proposed ideas and designs that were lovely and functional. Our home has truly been transformed!
