When starting this experience I was very nervous. We had a short turnaround time needed and Evolution drafting delivered 100%. I just received my final blueprints from evolution drafting. My experience with Eliza and her team was fantastic. I sent them a hand drawn image of how we wanted our house plans and she was spot on with the first draft and understanding of what we wanted. With a few very small adjustments the draft was completed. I also wanted to mention that my first contract with Evolution drafting was with Donald he was up front about cost and time to get prints done I knew what to expect throughout the process.I want to thank the team. I am so grateful I worked with them. I did get their information from Angie list. Thanks again.

After having terrible luck with another architect firm and the City plan reviewer rejecting the submitted plans 3 times I terminated the relationship with this firm and contacted Evolution Architects. From the very start, I realized this firm was legit and I could finally move forward. I have been a General Contractor for 42 years so this normally is an easy process. Kirsten was my main contact and I cant tell you how important and professional she was through the complete process. We had a few changes which I expected there to be additional charges (very reasonable) and they completed plans and engineering a week ahead of schedule.
