I would have preferred to give less than 1 star but you have to select a star to get to the comment box. They were a no-show for our confirmed 10am appointment today. I messaged through the app with no reply. I tried to leave a message on their phone but there is no VM available, which is oddly suspicious for a business of this nature. I will move onto a more professional company!
