FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and transparent. You'll find all our rates listed on our website. We believe in keeping it simple, with no hidden fees or surprises. It's all there for you to see, reflecting our commitment to clarity and value. Your business's success is our priority, and our pricing is designed to support that goal
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Goodprint Media, we believe in a simple, yet effective approach. Our process starts with a conversation - it could be a chat, a Zoom call, or a face-to-face meeting, whichever suits you best. During this interaction, we discuss your needs and expectations. Afterward, we'll send a follow-up email, summarizing what we discussed. This is a crucial step to ensure we're aligned and moving in the right direction. Once you've reviewed the email and given your green light, we'll get started on the work. We'll also send you the invoice, giving you the flexibility to pay right away or on the day we deliver our services. Your satisfaction is our priority, and to ensure a smooth experience, we deliver the final product, whether it's prints, digital photos, or any other output, once the payment is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My educational journey has been a unique blend of formal training and practical experience. I hold a degree from Miami International University of Art and Design, which provided me with a strong foundation in the visual arts. Furthermore, I've honed my craft through hands-on experience as the Art Director of the renowned Rotilla Festival. In this role, I led the documentation team, capturing countless moments of artistic expression. I also directed the talentocubano.net project, a comprehensive documentation of Cuban music, which allowed me to traverse the entire island, learning and growing with each musical encounter. Additionally, I've gained invaluable experience in print factories across the U.S., refining my skills in visual media production. My dedication to learning led me to the New York Film Academy, where I completed a 15-day workshop. Currently, I have the privilege of working alongside my mentor, Alberto Pujol, further expanding my knowledge. However, my most significant source of learning has been the 'YouTube University,' a platform where I continuously seek and explore new insights in the ever-evolving field of visual arts. This diverse background has equipped me with a multifaceted skill set, allowing me to provide exceptional creative services to my clients.
